FAQ:

  • How does it work?
    • You submit a 4 day food log of normal eating habits to me and within 2 weeks, I return a full comprehensive nutrition report in pdf format for you to keep and use to start making improvements immediately.
  • How long do I have to submit my food log?
    • You have 6 months from the time of purchase to get a food log submitted to me. After that, food logs will not be accepted.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    • Due to the nature of this product, we DO NOT offer refunds.
  • Is this another diet or meal plan?
    • I don’t write you a meal plan, but instead look at your current eating habits and make suggestions for improvements based on nutrition guidelines and the goals you have for your nutrition.
  • What are your credentials?
    • I am a certified nutrition coach, behavior change coach, and exercise physiologist. I have 10+ years experience in helping women change their bodies and create weight loss results through nutrition, movement, and habit changes. I help women achieve food freedom so they can lose weight without dieting or restriction. Within this nutrition audit, I will not be providing a full meal plan (that is the scope and role of a certified dietitian - and will run you upwards of $300+), but instead helping you make small improvements to the nutrition habits you already have. This makes changes more realistic and sustainable!
