Today, Andrea shares her story about learning to let time be her friend instead of trying to fight it and what it looks like to keep showing up every day even when you don’t do it perfectly. She talks about overcoming her perfection mindset and how she’s let the little changes add up to 20 pounds of weight loss just as result making small choices that support her goals each and every day.
